helps with injury prevention.

• Explained why a stable core aids in preventing upper and lower body
injuries.

4. PUBLIC SPEAKING
Each offseason my coordinator gives my staff different individual
topics to present during our spring training in-service.
My first year on the job I was hired late and was told my topic a week
before spring training. I didn’t have much time to prepare so I was very
nervous however once I settled down I was able to share my
information with confidence.
5. COURSE EXPECTATIONS
• I would like to become a better researcher
• Learn different methods of reading and understanding data.
• Learn how to asses and present research.
