Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Sean Michael Bips
I have had the pleasure to work together with Mr. Sean Michael Bips between the years
of 2012 to 2015 at EBS. Sean worked as a Business Development Manager, recruiting
students for the Indian market for the post graduate programs. Sean was the first
recruiter who was able to work with the Indian representative agents and get results.
His motivation, tenacity, attention to detail and encouragement has helped him promote
EBS for its MSc and MBA programs in an extremely efficient and effective way,
increasing student numbers from India to 39 in 2015. Sean has wonderful connections
in the Indian higher education market and is aware of the psychology of the students.
During his counseling and admission tours, he showed a lot of care and empathy for the
applicants. Over the period of his employment at EBS, he relentlessly worked to
promote Germany and EBS in a very successful way.
