To accomplish our objective, we used a two different methods: a survey and a focus group. First, we will focus on our survey results. 604 people responded to our survey. However, due to bad data, we took out 109 responses. This was due to the fact that: people began our survey that were not SDSU students and others took the survey faster than we believed possible to answer the questions accurately. So in total, we had 495 responses that were good, clean, usable data.

One of our main objectives was to determine if students were aware of service offerings of the SDSU Bookstore. Through our research, we determined that 57% of all survey respondents were aware that SDSU Bookstore offered services, while 43% of students were not aware of the service offerings. However, we expected to see a difference in the levels of awareness among class levels. And we conducted a Chi-Square Difference Test, however, there is not a statistically significant difference in awareness levels among class levels. Therefore, the level of awareness is not affected by whether the student is a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
