BIM & REVIT ARCHITECTURE
SDI converted to Revit in 2007 in response to the growing need to deliver smart, sustainable
projects on tighter budgets and shorter construction schedules. We have since standardized the
software throughout our offices and built an extensive custom library of kitchen and laundry
equipment models unavailable anywhere else. Our early investment in building information
modeling means SDI can immediately focus on A&E design issues and produce a tightly
integrated, well-coordinated set of documents out of the gate.

ELI OSATINSKI · PRESIDENT
For more than three decades, Eli has planned, designed, and implemented food service and dietary
facilities throughout the world. He is regarded for his aesthetic, creative designs and his precision in
carrying out complex projects with a strict adherence to budgets and schedules. His experience is
comprehensive; it is rooted in solving the same operational, financial, and equipment issues owners
and operators face every day. As a result, Eli’s projects are cited both for their architectural excellence
and forward-thinking designs, which address practical operational issues.
CONRAD BEATTIE · SENIOR ASSOCIATE
A native of Scotland and US citizen, Conrad has more than forty years experience in the food service,
laundry, and back-of-house design industry. Interpreting his client’s needs and translating them
into functional, economically feasible and aesthetically pleasing designs is Conrad’s key strength.
He approaches projects with a singular aim: listen, advise and implement viable solutions to real-
world operational challenges. Conrad believes that a collaborative working relationship with both the
facilities management team and the dietary personnel results in a functional design, one that meets
the client's objectives while adhering to increasingly tight labor and budget restrictions.
KATJA BECK · SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Katja is a nineteen-year veteran of the food and beverage industry with international experience.
As a designer and project manager she is guided by the strong operations experience she gained
as assistant manager for Block House Restaurants in Germany and assistant food and beverage
manager for all Wyndham Garden Hotels. For the past seven years, Katja has earned recognition in
the industry for her work as senior associate at a prominent food service consulting firm. She holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State
University and is fluent in both English and German.
JEFFREY OSATINSKI · VP INTL OPERATIONS, DEVELOPMENT & BUSINESS RELATIONS
For the last twelve years, Jeffrey has worked on high-profile projects around the globe, including the
Nile Corniche, Four Seasons Sharm El-Sheikh, Four Seasons Madinaty, and Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
Jeffrey is responsible for day-to-day operations, business and economic analyses for feasibility
studies, needs assessments, and systemwide reviews; developing restaurant concepts and menus;
and overseeing SDI’s construction management team. Prior, as part of Citigroup’s Diners’ Club
international investment team, Jeffrey analyzed possible capital investment opportunities for high
profile, private clients.
