ScoutWeb is a web-based product that allows users to access files, applications, forums, blogs, and news from any device through a browser. It presents a desktop interface for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and provides access to a user's P and W drives. To use ScoutWeb, open a browser and go to scoutweb.conradweiser.org, perform a system check, then login with your usual network credentials to see the web desktop. You can open and edit files by double clicking them and must close applications when finished.

8. ScoutWebThe first time you are using scoutwebYou should perform a system check by clicking on the link in the middle of the login box.

10. ScoutWebYou can now login using your usual network user and password.

12. ScoutWebTo access your files click on the folder “My Files”.

14. ScoutWebDouble click on the file you want to open and the appropriate application will start.

15. ScoutWebPlease close the application when you are finished editing.

16. ScoutWebTo upload files from your local or home computer to your P drive or W drive.

17. ScoutWebDrag your file and drop it on the file uploader,It will save it in the current folder.

18. ScoutWebTo log out of scoutweb. Click on the WN (webnetwork) button, then on the logout symbol.
