STRUCTURE # 1  THE GREAT PYRAMIDS OF GIZA  (I WAS THERE!!!!!) Type: solid structure Man-Made Purpose: a burial place for Kings,Queens,and Pharaohs. Designed so that robbers could not enter and steal the treasures of the Royalty family who is buried there.
STRUCTURE # 2 BLUE BIRD EGGS Type: shell structure. Natural-Made Purpose: to protect the un-born baby birds until they are able to be born, and survive by themselves  Designed to hold baby birds until birth, with a thin, light-weight, and crunchy outer shell.
STRUCTURE # 3 WHEEL CHAIRS Type: frame structure Man-Made Purpose: to help disabled people who can’t walk, or who are paralyzed Designed to hold the weight of people, and to roll around easily.
STRUCTURE # 4 APPLES Type: solid structure  Natural-Made Purpose: for eating, it’s a healthy fruit to eat, the birds also like them Designed so you can easily bite into it.
STRUCTURE # 5 THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA Type: solid structure Man-Made Purpose:  to protect the country from foreign trades and to maintain peace Designed to keep intruders out, and to maintain peace Stretches 6,400km., and 4,000 miles.
STRUCTURE # 6 THE SPHINX ( I WAS THERE!!!!!) Type: solid structure Man-Made Purpose: to guard the pyramids and it was supposed to scare off robbers, but it didn’t, the robbers still got to the pyramids Design: man-head and a lion’s body, to scare off robbers
STRUCTURE # 7 BRICKS Type: solid structure Man-Made Purpose: to build homes and keep heat in the house and for an older looking design. Design: a rectangle-shaped sandstone feel
STRUCTURE  # 8 THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE (I WAS THERE!!!!!) Type: frame structure Man-Made Purpose: to help thousands of cars drive over the San Francisco bay each and every day instead of using a ferry to cross the water  Design: a suspension bridge
STRUCTURE # 9 THE STATUE OF LIBERTY Type: solid structure Man-Made Purpose: It was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States and is a universal symbol of freedom and democracy.  Design: to attract tourists
STRUCTURE # 10 EIFFEL TOWER Type: frame structure Man-Made Purpose: The purpose of the Eiffel Tower was to be an observation tower and mainly a tourist site.  Design: landmark and made of little triangles everywhere
