First step: observe & interact with
the public to discover the following

who uses it?
age
gender
habits
#2 defining the functions
what does people
use it for?
for keeping: books,
clothes, higiene
items... ?
#3 defining the dysfunctions
why do we have a
problem?
Second step: gather all informations
provided by the experience with the
students. Dispose it in tables,
graphichs, whatever improves the
visualization of the data.
Third step: analyse the data, focusing
on the public’s needs & expectations.
Fourth step: provide solutions for the
problem, based on all the information
analysed.
Fifth step: present the solutions for
the students, expecting feedbacks
to improve the project.
Sixth step: apply the project :)
