• Data migration of the assessed poles to SPIDA (third party software), analysis, and
calculation of poles considering the safety factor.
• Development of PATS (Pole Assessment Tracking System), based on ESRI technology, which
will act as a single point of integrated system for project tracking.
• Report of requirements for project tracking including pole assessment on PATS.

 Coding in Java for conversion of the database file into a JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
file.
 Development of PATS for QA/QC of the data given by third party surveyors.

force management. This upgrade should be done as a plain upgrade without modifying any existing
systems or interfaces. All the interfaces should be carried forward as it is. The upgrade is handled in
various stages like database upgrade, application upgrade, customizations, interfaces upgrade and
infrastructure upgrade.
