SAP BI4.0 upgrade Project is a migration project from BOXI3.1 to BI4.0. BG’s business users
are confronted with usability challenges on current SAP Business Objects platform due to Java
plug-in issue. Business users’ problems are going to be further compounded due to the planned
Window 7 rollout in the near future. This Windows 7 upgrade would make SAP Business
Objects platform almost inaccessible due to non-compatibility of Internet Explorer 8.0 with SAP
Business Objects 3.1. This project aim to primarily eliminate these usability challenges, along
with standardizing current SAP platform.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. After migration thorough Regression Testing in different environments like Quality
Assurance, Development, Sandbox and Production was performed on the migrated content.
2. Here, I’ve tested around 300+ reports in HP Quality centre tool in each environment.
