I just want to say to your entire team; thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty in the past couple
months; especially Troy Burnett, Mark Johnson, Tom Price and your Development group. I have drilled into
the system in a way that I have not had time to do so before; and, I am sure you have noticed from all the
extra emails I have sent since we started testing weeks ago.

Your team has fixed the critical issues prior to this deployment that meant a great deal to our
management and you fixed many other minor and significant annoyances left over from our initial rollout that
were not considered defects in the system. Don’t think these solutions went unnoticed.
This was a major upgrade for us including the Platform and Application; it was completed within schedule
tolerance in four months time; then consider that we are a recent implementer of your Tririga system, and
that we are an early adopter of this freshly released Tririga 10 upgrade; considering all this, I think this
accomplishment constitutes a huge accolade for your entire team.
I wanted you to know that we in Facilities, and our IT Group, are very pleased with your performance.
