5. Salud mental – Definición OMS
La salud mental se define como un estado de
bienestar en el cual el individuo es consciente de
sus propias capacidades, puede afrontar las
tensiones normales de la vida, puede trabajar de
forma productiva y fructífera y es capaz de
hacer una contribución a su comunidad.
6. La salud mental puede ser vista como un continuo
entre trastornos mentales y bienestar, donde los
individuos pueden ubicarse en distintos puntos de
este continuo en diferentes momentos del tiempo.
En el modelo dual de ambos continuos, se dan
distintos tipos de interacciones, donde el trastorno
mental no excluye el bienestar psíquico y
viceversa, lo que no quita que el trastorno mental
esté asociado a un mayor riesgo de un pobre
bienestar psíquico.

• Salud mental es a la vez un proceso y un producto de la interacción
recíproca de las personas con el medio ambiente y su entorno familiar y
social.
• No existe una sola forma de entender a la salud mental
• Cada sociedad construye sus propias nociones de salud y
enfermedad

• Estas nociones están fuertemente modeladas por la cultura.

do with the liquid metal, since Mercury was
named after the Roman messenger god.
Despite being closer to the Sun than
Venus, its temperatures aren't as terribly
hot as that planet's. Its surface is quite
similar to that of Earth's Moon, which
means there are a lot of craters and plains
Speaking of craters, many of them were
named after artists or authors who made
significant contributions to their respective
fields. Mercury takes a little more than 58
days to complete its rotation, so try to
imagine how long days must be there!
Since the temperatures are so extreme,
albeit not as extreme as in Venus, and the
solar radiation is so high, Mercury has
been deemed to be non-habitable for
humans
