and troubleshoot Mobily - KSA end users issues that are related to local and web based applications,
network configuration and managing the users profiles via Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and
Lync Server, IDAM and using as ticketing tools Maximo or BMC Remedy.
July 2010 to May 2013, working at IBM World Trade Corporation as a Customer Service Rep.
to resolve technical and billing issues of Skype customers either home or enterprise users via e-mail or
chat support in Italian and English.
February 2010 to July 2010, Working at IBM as Data Maintenance Specialist by calling the
Italian companies to verify their information for updating the Database of our Customers by using the

(Egypt), participating in Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theatre and accompanying VIP

I participated in CIFET “Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theatre" translating two
speeches at the International Seminar about political theatre and I participated in the Press Conference
