• Pentru contributia adusa la realizarea mucnii ca
factor de productie care concura la desfasurarea
oricarei activitati, posesorul sau, cel care o depune ,
primeste o suma de bani, o remuneratie, denumita
salariu.
• Privit din punct de vedere al desfasurarii activitatii
economice, adica al faptului ca activitatea
economica presupune combinarea factorilor de
productie din care munca nu lipseste niciodata,
salariul reprezinta un cost, o componenta a costului
total al bunului economic obtinut.

• Daca se are insa in vedere ca orice activitate se
finalizeaza in bunuri economice, care, pinr
preturi de piata, se transforma in bani, in venit,
iar acesta se imparte intre toti cei care au
contribuit la realizarea sa, salariul reprezinta
venitul celor care au contribuit prin munca
depusa la obtinerea rezultatelor respective.

• Din aceasta situatie in care salariul este, pe de o
parte, cost, iar pe de alta parte, venit, se
desprinde concluzia ca el depinde de munca, dar
si de rezultatele obtinute, iar marimea sa
concreta pentru fiecare salariat se poate stabili
numai la nivelul firmeu, pentru ca numai aici se
poate cunoaste care este contributia alaturi de
ceilalti factori de productie la rezultate, la
realizarea venitului.

• Salariul este o marima permanent supusa unor
procese contradictorii de diferentiere de la o
presoana la alata si de apropiere-egalizare.
• Diferentiarea are la baza mai intai calitatile,
aptitudinile foarte diferite de la individ la indivit
ale salariatilor la care se adauga caracterul
muncii-grea sua usoara, de zi sau de noapte,
mediu toxic sau nu, rezultatele obtinute,
cantitatea de munca, raspunderea proprii
fiecaruia.

• Aproprierea-egalizarea salariilor poate surveni
numai in masura in care elementele de
diferentiere dispar sau se trestrang.
• Treptat s-a conturat concluzia ca atat marimea
salariului cat si diferentele dintre salarii trebuie
astfel stabilite , incat sa pastreze permanent vie
incitatia la munca si aspiratia la ridicarea
pregatirii, ca determinante pentru obtinerea unui
salariu mai mare.

• Salariul variaza pe tari, domenii, firme si
persoane. Pe termen lung, marimea salariului
nominal are tendinta generala de crestere. Un rol
important revine cresterii cheltuielilor cu
instruirea si calificarea, transportul si hrana,
locuinta, odihna pe care le au salariatii. Un alt
factor care actioneaza in aceeasti directie este
cresterea productivitatii, a rezultatelor obtinute
prin munca salariatilor.

taxe legale, ceea ce ramane este salariul

• De o importanta deosebita in economie este
salariul minim garantat legal. Acesta este salariul
fixat pe cale legala pentru a garanta salariatilor
din catergoriile defavorizate un venit nominal
care sa corespunda minimului de subzistenta,
determinat concret-istoric, in cadrul unui
economic-social dat. Pe m asura ce societatea
evolueaza, minimul de subzistenta creste si deci
salariul minim garantat legal, ce trebuie sa
acopoere acest minim, sporeste.

• Cantitatea de bunuri materiale si de servicii de
consum personal care poate fi cumparata , la un
moment dat, cu salariul nominal reprezinta
salariul real, salariul real este determinat de
marimea salariului nominal, cu care este direct
proportional, si de nivelul preturilor bunurilor
economice de consum personal, cu care este
invers proportional.
