trade organizations routinely survey their members for salary information and disseminate this
information through job boards, industry organizations, online databases, and trade publications.
Often the human resource recruiter or other company insider can provide salary range information.
Another source of salary data is from actual job listings from online employment listings, craigslist
and even print newspaper ads. In evaluating an employment offer, it is important to keep in mind
that salary is only one part of a total compensation package. The value of health and medical
