the disenfranchised community. Our mission is to fulfill the needs of the youth in the
community by providing the needed mentorship in pursuing lifelong goals for self-

system, as well reaching individuals that simply lack the proper guidance in achieving
their career objectives . With our innovative approach, we will teach them how to
capitalize on their natural talents and abilities to help them establish realistic & practical
career goals, therefore making the goals set forth more attainable.
Our knowledgeable & professional staff will provide an abundance of information,
resources, and support in helping them attain vocational & employment goals and make
informed decisions about how to attain them. Our program provides the most optimal
insight on the diversity of post-secondary education options available to these
individuals. Our main objective is to enlighten the paths of our youth to lead a more
productive lifestyle while restoring their value and self-worth. Through their own
personal and professional fulfillment we will help our clients to put an end to their cycle
of dysfunction, incarceration, and drug addiction in their lives. We will strive to transition
those who have been formerly incarcerated from jail cells into classrooms because
