Project Name Guidewire Billing Center
Client Hanover, USA
Project Description Billing center is a centralized system of Hanover which validates the billing
information of all the policy billing details and invoices charges to be added and
maintained across in account level and policy level. The Guidewire billing system
eventually replaces all billing functions currently performed in Hanover systems
(PMS) for all lines of business. This includes basic billing requirement such as
Billing, Payments, Collections, reporting. It also includes interfaces to other systems
that require various forms of billing or bill plan information, especially front-end
quote and issue systems where bill plans are selected, and rating functions that
require bill plan information to complete the premium calculation. Operations and
support systems that require billing inquiry or investigation into billing calculations

3. or bill plans will also need to interface with the Guidewire billing system. External
vendors such as financial institutions, Payroll deduct employers, legal collection
vendors will need to interface with Billing Center. Downstream systems, such as
printing, reporting, finance, and external interfaces and reporting systems will also
require interfaces with the Guidewire billing system
