Sacagawea helped Lewis and Clark cross America as their guide and interpreter despite facing many challenges. Along the way she helped them survive dangers like rattlesnakes and illness using her skills like making fires, tipis, and jewelry. Her intelligence and abilities were invaluable in allowing the expedition to successfully cross America.
