"I’m not a hero. I’m far from a hero. Those guys who
ran up in there are the heroes, whether it was law
enforcement guys , fire department guys or even
volunteers and coworkers. Those guys are the heroes.”
Jason Tomas was born in 1974 and is still living today
he fought in Iraq and Afghanistan he is a former search
and rescue marine I think he is a hero because he was
dropping off his kids when his wife said "there were
planes hitting the World Trade Center he imminently
grabbed his us marine uniform and speed to the ruble
of what was once the world trade center he looked for a
while finding people with injures and assisting
survivors and in some cases praying over the dead Then
he bumped into a former marine Sgt. Dave. Karnes
They thought of a search and rescue and tried to insist
other solders on sight but when the police officers
said it was too dangerous he and kernes kept going and
went inside what once was the World Trade Center and
kept calling out "anyone down there United States
marines"
It was dark before they here'd a reply 2 port
authority police officers were entombed 20 feet under
ground and were preparing to die one of them had a
radio but could not get a signal and he asked if the
other officer to raider his wife this "I would like my
unborn daughter to be named Olivia" with that he
prepared to die. Then the USA marines found the
officers and pulled them out hurt but alive. They went
to a hospital for a while but recovered with minor
injures and the one mans Dougherty Olivia was born with
her dad by her side. That. He only address himself as
