1. RULES OF SPARK
“Working hard for something we
don’t care about is called
STRESS.
Working hard for the things we
love is called PASSION”
I have came across
a lot of incidents in
my life span of 20
years and observed
a lot of things,
through these
observations I have
made 5 rules of life
that initiated a spark
within me, and that’s
why I named them
the RULES OF
SKPARK.

2. RULE 1:
GO AFTER THE
THINGS THAT
YOU WANT
 That’s sounds simple but what does it actually mean, there’s a-
ways two ways to see the world –
1. Some people see the things that they want and,
2. Some people see the things that prevents them from getting
the thing that they want.
As the rule is “ you can go after whatever you want” , you just can’t
deny anyone else to go after whatever they want.
 You don’t have to do it in the way that everyone else has done it,
you can do it in your own way you can break the rules, but can’t
get in the way of somebody else getting what they want.

3. RULE2 :
Sometimes
YOU’RE the
Problem
 To understand the lesson we need to recap a historical mistake
 In the 18th centur, there was something which spread across Europe
and eventually made its way to many parts of the world called
Puerperal Fever also known as Black death of Childbed.
 Basically what was happening is women were giving birth and they
would die within 48 hrs after giving birth.
 This Black Death of Childbed was ravage for all over the Europe
and it got worse and worse and worse over the course of over a
century.
 And these doctors and men of science wanted to study and try to
find the reason for this Puerperal Fever and so they got to work
studying they would study the corpses of the women who died.
 In the morning they would conduct autopsies and then in the
afternoon theh would go and deliver babies and finish their rounds.

4.  And it wasn’t untill some where in the mid 1800s, that Oliver
Wendell Holmes realised, that all of these doctors who were
conducting autopsies in the morning, weren’t washing their hands
before they delivered babies.
 And he pointed out and said guys YOU’RETHE PROBLEM but they
igonred him and called him Crazy for 30yrs.
 Untill finally somebody realised that if they simply washed their
hands, it would go away and that’s exactly what happened.

5.  There could be a situation where You’re the problem.
 Take accountability for your actions.You can take all the credits
in the world for the things you do right as long as you also take
responsibility for the things you do wrong.
 There must be a balanced equation.You don’t get it one way
and not the other.
 YOU GETTOTAKE CREDIT,WHENYOU ALSOTAKE
ACCOUNTIBILITY.

6. RULE 3:
Take Care of
Each Other
 You wanna be an elite warrior,it’s not about how tough you’re, it’s
not about how smart you are, it’s not about how fast you are. If you
wanna be an elite warrior, you better get really really good at
helping the person to the left of you and the person to the right of
you, ‘cause that’s how people advances in the world.
 Learn the skill by helping eachother, it’ll be the the single most
valuable thing, that you’ll ever learn in your entire life. To accept
help when it’s offered and to ask for it when you know that you can’t
do it.
 The amzing thing is when you learn to ask for help, you’ll discover
that there are people all around you, who always wanted to help
you, they just didn’t think that you needed it, because you kept
pretending that you had everything in under control.

7.  And the minute you say “ I don’t know what I am doing, I’m stuck,
I’m scared, I don’t think I can do this” you’ll find that a lots of
people who love you, will rush in and take care of you but that’ll
only happen if you learn to take care of them first.

8. RULE 4:
Be The Last
to speak
 You’ll be told your whole life that you need to learn to listen, I would say
that you need to learn tk be the last to speak.
 The skill to hold your opinion to yourself untill everyone has spoken does
two things :
1. It gives everybody else the feeling that they have been heard and
have contributed.
2. You’ll get the benefit of hearing what everybody else has to think
before you render your opinion.
 Don’t say 'Yes’ or 'No’ when anyone is saying their viewponts, the only
thing you are allowed to do is to ask questions so that you can understand
what they mean and why they have this opinion ?
 You must understand from which point they are speaking.

9. RULE 5:
Know your
Value.
 As you gain fame, as you gain position and seniority, people will
treat you better, they’ll hold doors open for you, they’ll offer you tea
or coffee, without you even asking, they’ll give respect by calling you
SIR or MA’AM.
 Non of that stuff is meant for you, that stuff is meant for the
Position you hold, it’s meant for the level you’ve achieved.
 You can accept all these stuffs you’re offered and enjoy them .
 “ But just be grateful for them and know that they are not for
you”.
 Same thing happen in relationships, if someone is giving you respect,
treat you like the most important person of their life just be grateful
to them don’t take it for granted, it’s not meant for you but for the
position you hold in their life.
