1. Rules and regulations of the 4th Expo UMS 2011- Dewan Kuliah Pusat
All groups must adhere the rules and regulations as stated below:-
Before the Expo
1. Each group leader must register themselves at the secretariat stall to check-in at
8a.m. (for 2 days).
2. Do not change the place or slot without the permission of the organizer.
3. Do not remove the stalls numbering mainly prepare by the organizer.
4. Company name and prices of the products have to be clearly stated.
5. Plastic bag will be provided for each group.
6. All the group members are compulsory to attend the opening ceremony of the
Expo at Day 1 (All students must enter the DKP1 by 9.30am). Therefore, stalls
decorations must be done earlier and not last minutes.
During the Expo
1. Electricity and water supply is not provided.
2. All types of can drinks are not allowed to sell.
3. Movement of chairs and tables are strictly not allowed. Make sure it is inside the
scale given by the organizer.
4. Each group has to ensure the cleanliness of the stall; photo will be taken by the
secretariat before check-out.
5. We will not responsible for any losses occurred. Take good care of your own
belongings.

After the Expo
1. Each group leader must check-out at 5p.m. punctually at the secretariat stall.
2. Each group is required to keep their stall renting receipt for future refunding of
RM10 from secretariat with the condition that the stall must be clean. (to be
informed after the Expo end)
3. All stalls must ensure their stalls is clean and tidy and the position of table and
chairs remain unchanged.
4. The second slots groups must help out to carry their table and chairs during the
final days of Expo (Thursday 5pm) to the DKPA1 for safekeeping.

2. * Any exchange for the slots given must obtained an approval from the organizer
and the particular group itself must go and find the other group that willing for
exchange.
*Each group will be charged with penalties RM10 for breaking each of the rules and
regulations stated above.
*Cop Passport can be obtained at the secretariat stall.
