Appraisal, the renewal of contract which will be sole prerogative of Bank shall be considered
keeping in view the grading of minimum “B” of RSETI Centre, as per parameter prescribed by Govt.
of India.
संिवदा रािश तथा अनय याता वयय CONTRACT AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES:
अिधकारी दारा िलये जाने वाले अंितम वेतन तथा भतते मे से कमयुटेशन के पूवर राहत जोड कर जो पेशन िनिशत की गई है उसकी पारिभक
रािश को घटाकर देय रािश या र25000/- जो दोनो मे कम हो पितमाह देय होगी , संिवदा रािश का भुगतान िकया जावेगा
The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the
initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25,000/-
p.m. whichever is lower
इसके अलावा मोबाईल ,वाहन आिद के िलये एकमुशत रािश र5000/- पितमाह भुगतान की जावेगी Further a lump sum amount
of Rs.5000/- per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance etc.

However, the condition of “ Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of

10. सामानय अनुदेश GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
(a) पद हेतु आवेदन करते समय आवेदक को यह सुिनिशत करना होगा िक वह उपरोकत उललेिखत पातता
मानदणडो/अनय मानदणडो को पूरा करता है तथा सभी पसतुत िववरण सभी तरह से सही है . यिद यह पाया जाता है िक भती
की िकसी भी सटेज मे उममीदवार पातता मानदणडो को पूरा नही करता है तथा/या यह िक उसने गलत सूचना दी है या िकसी
तथयो को जानबूझकर िछपाया है तो उसकी उममीदवारी सवतः िनरसत हो जावेगी यिद िनयुिक के बाद उपरोकत कोई भी
किमयां पाई जाती हे तो उसका संिवदा िबना िकसी नोिटस के समापत हेतु दायी होगा . While applying for the post,
the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned
above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage
of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he/ she has furnished

any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact (s), his / her candidature will
automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is / are detected even after
engagement, his / her contractual engagement is liable to be terminated without any notice.
(b) सुयोगय एवं पात पकरणो मे उपरोकत उललेिखत अपेिकत पातता शतर मे छूट पबंधन के िववेक पर दी जा सकती है.
पबंधन को यह अिधकार होगा िक वह िबना कारण बताये उपरोकत िवजापन मे दी गइ िसथित को भरे अथवा नही भरे. In
case of suitable and deserving cases, any of the requirements and conditions of eligibility mentioned
above, may be relaxed at the discretion of the Management . The Management reserves the right to
fill or not to fill the above advertised position without assigning any reason thereof.
(c) िवजापन के बदले केवल अपना आवेदन दे देने तथा िवजापन मे िदये गये मानदणडो को पूरा कर देने भर से
साकातकार के िलये बुलावा पत पापत करने का अिधकारी नही होगा Mere admission of application against the
advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not
bestow on him / her right to be called for interview.
