This document discusses Andy Bearing and Andy Technology, which can double vehicle speed and fuel efficiency (kmpl), while reducing CO2 emissions by 50% compared to standard vehicles. It does this by reducing rolling friction at wheels by 50% using Andy Bearing. Royalty rates are provided for using the Andy Technology on bikes, cars, and trucks. Adoption of the technology could save billions annually in fuel costs while generating hundreds of millions in royalty fees to support further innovation.
