Romania is a country located in Southeastern Europe, bordered by Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, and the Black Sea. Bucharest is the capital city. Romania has a varied landscape including mountains, coastline, and the Danube Delta. It has a population of around 21 million people and its main industries include textiles, metallurgy, machinery, mining, wood processing, chemicals, food, and oil refining. Tourist attractions include the Black Sea coast, ski resorts, Bran Castle, and painted monasteries.
