My role : To build a XML parser which parses the XML data, extracted from Oracle VM and parses that data into flat files using

● Description : This task revolves around risk score prediction. The scores are predicted for different disease. These indicate the
tendency to acquire a disease in future.
My role : To build end-to-end data pipeline from getting patients data from endpoint to ingesting risk scores to another endpoint.
Firstly AWS Glue was used which does the ETL and then a framework developed in python was used to ingest those data to ML
models, then the results are posted to their application endpoint.
● Description : Stanford ETL
My role : Modify the developed code according to new rules provided by data science team, this basically does the ETL of patients
data resided in HDFS.
● Description : Provide Notifications to Clients patients via email and sms.
My role : Done all the Back-end job here, Used various AWS services like CloudWatch matched events, SNS ,SES, RDS, Lambda
Function. Python boto3 client was used in Lambda Functions which queries the RDS and then invokes the SNS or SES.
