PossibleHazards A lot of my film is filmed outside therefore there are a lot of possible traffic hazards. I am filming a lot of my film on the street as this is a typical convention of a soap opera so my cast need to be aware of any traffic problems as my camera will be set up in the middle of my road, this will be a main hazards as it can become very dangerous if the car does not see us filming. Also one of the scenes in my trailer is of the characters running up the stairs which may be a hazard as there is a possibility of falling down. Similarly my camera will be set up at all times therefore the equipment I am using such as the ‘tripod’ may be a potential hazard when manoeuvring in a small room. Who? Myself, Joe, Aimee and Megan may be harmed by any of these potential hazards. How? Unexpected cars driving past Tripping over cables or tripod equipment Slipping on the stairs How will I manage these hazards? I will make sure that I spend as little time as possible in the road so that any traffic is not affected. Also I will make sure a member of my cast or crew that is not needed at that time is watching for any oncoming cars. Also I will take my time around situations in small spaces ensuring no equipment is damaged and no one trips over.
