2. FAVORITE ASSIGNMENTS
• The career finder quiz: This assignment we did about two weeks ago. I thoroughly
enjoyed this one because it opened my eyes to new paths I could take. It helped
me think more about my future.
• The Study Habits Discussion Boards: These videos were not the most exciting but
they did help me. After putting some of his tips to use, I started doing better in
my classes. Now I feel more organized with school.
• Journals: Journals made me think more deeply about myself. They helped me see
why I liked certain things. Journals also helped me re cap what we had been
learning.
3. FAVORITE JOURNALS
• Journal 11: Journal eleven was a very inspiring one. It made me think about a very
important dream. Graduation day is awhile away but that Journal made think
about why I was even in college in the first place.
• Journal 13: In this journal, we had to create a chart and divide it into sections so
we could see how we spent our time. I really enjoyed this one because you had to
look at reality. You had the opportunity to see if you were managing your time
wisely.
• Journal 17: I enjoyed this journal because it reminded me I am not alone. We had
to pick multiple people who could help and encourage us throughout the
semester. It reminded me that even though it is hard, I have a good support
system.
4. FAVORITE WEEK
• My favorite week was week one. This seems odd but I had no idea what this class
would be about when I saw it on my schedule. After the first assignment I learned
that I really enjoyed it and liked the deeper thinking it made me do
5. THREE LESSONS
• Lesson 1: College can be overwhelming sometimes, but you are not alone and
always have support.
• Lesson 2: I can be way more organized than I thought.
• Lesson 3: Managing time is a huge factor in life.
7. GRAYSON LINK ASSIGNMENT
• I absolutely Loved this assignment. My favorite career option was funeral service
managing.
• Their median pay is about $97,000 annually.
• Only need a two year degree.
• Some of the best locations for it are in more northern states, but job availability is not
a current issue.
• I had never considered this before, but I thought about doing it and honestly it’s not
for everyone. This job allows you to help someone process their grieving and come to
peace with the reality of losing their loved one.
