The member who achieves Managers post, from that particular month he/she will
be eligible to get Manager Royalty.
For Manager Royalty Company will reserve ` 50/- from every joining for every month
and the total amount will be distributed equally in all the Managers.
E. G. -
In a particular month there are 1000 new joinings. ` 50/- X 1000 = ` 50,000/-
Say there are 10 Managers then ` 50,000/- / 10 = ` 5,000/-
That means every Manager will get ` 5,000/-
After becoming a Manager for FIRST YEAR he/she will get Manager Royalty.
To continue getting it further every Manager has to maintain monthly Trading
Turnover of ` 5 Cr.
