An international student named Richards David came to Adelaide, Australia to study Electronics Engineering at the University of South Australia. While studying, he started an engineering internship to develop a strategy for university STEM and non-STEM students to teach coding and microchip programming to primary and high school students to solve problems. Richards and his team of STEM and non-STEM students have since developed case studies promoting Adelaide as a place to study that are used by government ministers and businesses. Richards also started STEMSEL India to support the Australian government's skills export initiative and is looking to export STEMSEL programs to the US.
