 Responsible for the management and training of 100 soldiers by providing them with
personalized training on equipment and accountable for high value items security
 Advisor to Lt. Col. regarding monthly trainings, providing updates and making recommendations
regarding skills trainings and new equipment usage
 Oversaw the cross training with other soldiers to ensure that skills such as policies, interpersonal
and problem solving, were successfully transferrable
