be the first carrier“). If you customer is
forwarder you might have complications
on recoveries from your haulers.
Solution: make sure that your liability
insurer is aware of such obligation
You are liable only for lost of damaged goods as per
convention. Although, when carrying food items, you
might find similar requirement „every stowaway
activity entitles customer to reject in full all pallets of
product“.
