This document provides instructions for reverse engineering cumulative coronavirus case data from the UK. It summarizes that the daily case data can be summed weekly for England, but the calculated cumulative totals do not match those reported by NHSx. The issue is that on April 19th, NHSx took over the dashboard from PHE and their new tabulations created inconsistencies in the data. By adding the incremental differences in cumulative totals to each weekly total, the values can be made to match those reported by NHSx, with the data matching until April 19th and then decrements occurring but at different rates.
