and commissioner for four additional years, presented initiatives to county, state and local

on child welfare issues before judges under oath, to physicians, administrators and social
services agencies.
Over a span of thirty plus years, I have personally lobbied members of Congress, the White House and
state and local governments on areas of impact on political, social and environmental issues and currently
opening a dialogue with the Justice Department and the FBI about the policing problems in urban
environments of minority enclaves underrepresented by members of their communities and people of their
own ethnic background.
