2. UPS's primary business is the time-definite delivery of packages and documents
worldwide. UPS reports their operations in three segments: U.S. Domestic Package
operations, International Package operations, and Supply Chain & Freight operations.
SPLUS Team is responsible for development, maintenance and providing round the
clock support for all SPLUS applications being used in more than 200 countries and multiple
customers across the globe.
Project Roles:
1. Responsible for Design and development of Lenovo, this is a customer implementation
project. In this we have enhanced the existing shipping functionality as per the customer
requirement.
2. Responsible for Design and development of Shipping module, It is a tech refresh project
were, we have migrated and enhanced the same functionality from Pearl application to Java
application. The users will be using this module to ship multiple Orders.
3. Responsible for Design and development of Wave Management module, It is a tech
refresh project, were we have migrated and enhanced the same functionality from Pearl
application to Java application. Wave Management provides capability to group pick orders
assigned to a wave. Warehouse Operator searches orders with a defined criterion, assign
orders to a wave and pick all the assigned orders in that wave together.
4. Responsible for Design and development of Receiving module, It is a tech refresh project
were, we have migrated and enhanced the same functionality from Pearl application to Java

Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is an American hotel and leisure company
headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. One of the world's largest hotel companies, it
owns, operates, franchises and manages hotels, resorts, spas, residences, and vacation
ownership properties under its nine owned brands.
Reservation of the hotels can be done by many ways. We are responsible for the Saratoga
application, which are used by call center people. Here based on costumers need the call
center people will be able to create, update or cancel reservations.

3. Responsible for Saratoga, this is a CCC (Call center) application, which is being used by call
center people to book reservation. Using this user will be able to book reservation through
phone call. It works in sync with all other Starwood and third party application. Here we are
currently upgrading the existing system with new functionalists.
