Project Brief: The Hospital Management is used by 2 types of user’s i.e. Admin and Receptionist. Admin has the full Access to the software
whereas Receptionist has only limited Access. The details were entered by both receptionist as well as the admin. The
System helped its users to track the following on a daily level
 Numbers of doctors visiting in any given day and their day of visit
 Specialization of each and every doctor
 Status of every patient in the hospital – treatment done, duration of stay, medical history etc.
 Hospital staff information – nurses, ward boys etc.
Key outcomes:
 Simple and systematic tracking of all the hospital details
 Automated system thus removing manual intervention to create various daily/monthly level reports
