2. Job profile
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions and implanting OSHAS
18001 and Legal requirements of HSE Management According to BOCW ACT
1996. .
• Conducting induction training for new employees.
• Responsible for safety awareness and motivation programs, safety training such
as height work, hot work, lifting &rigging, electrical safety etc. among the
workers and staff.
• Responsible to implement Safe system of work, risk assessment, safety norms and
practices at work place.
• Conducting the site safety inspections with subcontractor, issuing NCR for
subcontractors and re-inspect the violations.
• Issuing the fine notice to subcontractors, if violations are not rectified on time and
repeated.

3. Experience:
I have Six years’ experience in safety management following construction organizations:-
• I worked 1.4 years in Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited as a Safety Officer
from Feb.2009 to May 2010 in a green field project. Client- SEPCO-III Electric
Power Construction Ltd. China for Adani power Ltd –Mundra, Gujarat. This
project is going on under Capacity of 660x6 MW.
• I worked in SEPCO Electric power construction company china as a Safety
Engineer in KSK Mahanadi Power Ltd. Chhattisgarh from June 2010 to Jun.
2014.Here is experienced with Chimney (275 Mtr.), Boiler(92Mtr), ash Cello
(40Mtr.),ESP, fabrication and erection of CW pipe, Cooling tower and other
different areas of thermal power construction.
This project is going on under Capacity of 600x6 MW.
• Presently I am working in Pratibha industries Ltd. as a safety officer in
Overhead tanks (18 Mtr.) and pipeline Chambal water PHED project Bharatpur
Raj. From Jan 2014 to till date.
Achievements
I was awarded by SEPCO for outstanding performance in 2013 as “2012 advance
safety practitioner at KMPCL project” with honorable certificate.
