 Read different customer application forms and agreement attached with it and drafted
legal opinion on whether they are still enforceable or not.

 Researched on various provisions relating to appointment of arbitrators, power of
tribunal to grant relief and power of court to set aside awards under section 34 of
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
 Drafted an opinion on the liability of director of a company in the event of dishonour of
cheques under Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
 Drafted loan cum hypothecation agreements in respect of motor vehicles financed by

 Drafted an amendment to main loan cum hypothecation agreement.
