ResearchExperiences
p18 Gene deletion in human glioma: Post-surgery human glioma and blood samples were collected
from the patients after resection of tumors during neurosurgery. DNA was isolated from these samples.
DNA was quantified using nanodrop. The primers were then designe and PCR was conducted for these
samples. Then the PCR products were electrophoresed and results were analysed.
