6. Dealing with vendors to transmit technical requirements and closing of vendor’s TQ(s) specially piping material including valves, rupture discs, strainers, isolation kits etc.
7. Coordination with Client for approval for vendor data
8. 3D Modeling of the skids as per PID, project specifications, applicable codes (B31.3, API & ASME) and good industrial practices(PIPs).
9. Design Calculation for skid mounted modular packages and incorporation of changes in 3-D Model (if any) based on process requirements.
10. Issuing complete MTO(s) and MR(s) for entire modular packages.
11. Follow Up with Engineering Team for all Engineering Deliverables as per Project Specifications.
12. Follow up with engineering and fabrication team to meet the project schedule.
13. Piping Layout Drawings, Top View Equipment Layouts & Piping General Arrangement Drawings.
14. Making sure issuance of Piping Fabrication Drawings (Isometrics) with respect to correct rating, schedule and material.
15. Stress analysis based on project specifications and ASME B31.3.
16. Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
