Debugs on gateway to isolate the root cause of issue.
Upgrading ios version of the router.
Site deployment.
CUCM: Working knowledge on 7.x,8.x,9.x
Troubleshooting issues related to routing.

Analyzing RTMT logs.
Configuring and troubleshooting issues related to media resources.
CUC: Working knowledge in various Voice mail related issues, MWI issues etc.
Troubleshooting call handler and caller input issues, Routing issues
