 To organize and operate field and workshop (service crew)

 To inspect machines and prepare repair quotation
 To inspect failed parts and components
 To write warranty claim reports
 To write service reports
 To provide service infos for customer
 To check and follow up on customer complaints (product problem)
 To prepare daily job for mechanics and lorry drives
 To inspect machines before and after repair
 To ensure safety is maintained at all time
 To educate mechanics on proper repairs and inspection
 To assist mechanics in trouble shooting
 To upkeep machines services and repair records
 To maintain field vehicles in good conditions
 To maintain proper tooling for mechanics and workshop tools
 To upkeep workshop surrounding and store surrounding
 To check office and workshop security is in proper
 To check and maintain workshop, diesel and lubricant record
 To check and maintain proper parts and lubricant availability store.
 To upkeep company asset records.

3. Job Responsibilities
 To prepare Service Maintenance Program for company machinery
 To ensure proper tooling’s for mechanic
 To educate mechanics how to interact with customer
 To ensure safety is practiced by all mechanics
 To carry out machines repair under minimum cost
 To ensure maximum machines availability at job site
 To inspect and repair machines before major failure
 To check sites workplace for proper maintenance been carried out
 To educate sites mechanics on proper methods of checking and repairs
 To ensure proper hygiene is practical of all times
 To ensure workplace and repair bays are clean and tidy
 To provide technical infos for mechanics
 To follow up on supplier on daily job and repairs, carried out by them
 To upkeep dept head on daily activities
