Jeffrey Mark has a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from St. John's University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Queens Borough Community College. He has worked for Delta Airlines since 2012 as an Airport Customer Service agent and Aircraft Load Agent, supervising other agents. Previously, he was a cashier at Pathmark and volunteered as a basketball coach at St. Mary's High School summer camps. Jeffrey Mark has strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media, as well as experience handling cash transactions, loading aircraft, and coaching youth sports.
