I TOLD HER AHEAD OF TIME. STEVE GAGGERO, I THINK, GOT MAD.
6. “WE AGREED YOU WOULD PROVIDE AN ACCURATE, PERSONAL INCOME AND EXPENSE PROJECTION
ON SUNDAY OR MONDAY AT THE LATEST, SO THAT I COULD DETERMINE IF SMLLC WOULD AGREE
TO A PAYMENT SCHEDULE ON THE AMOUNTS OWED AND THE AMOUNTS THAT WILL BECOME DUE
UNDER THE LEASE”.
TUESDAY EVENING GAGGERO WENT CRAZY AND THREATENED ME( ON THE
RESTRAINING ORDER).
7. “ON SUNDAY EVENING I WENT TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE BOARDER SCHEDULE WE FILLED
OUT TOGETHER JUST THE DAY BEFORE, AND DISCOVERED IT WAS NOT ACCURATE”.
HE WENT CRAZY…COLLEEN WAS THERE..(ON THE RESTRAINING ORDER).
8. “I CONFRONTED JAY REGARDING THE INACCURACY AND SHE INDICATED SHE HAD MADE SOME
MISTAKES, HAD MOVED SOME OF HER HORSES INTO OTHER STALLS AND THAT LORIE HAD MOVED
HORSES INTO STEVE AND JENNI’S BARN”.
2 HORSES WERE IN THE WRONG CORRAL….LAURIE HAD ONE…COLLEEN HAD
ONE…EVERYTHING ELSE WAS RIGHT.
9. “WE AGREED THAT WE WOULD MEET WITH LORIE TOGETHER WHEN SHE WAS OUT OF THE
HOSPITAL AND ABLE TO MEET”.
I MET WITH HER EARLY OUT OF FEAR FOR HER PERSONALLY..I WANTED TO HELP HER.
10. “JAY SAID SHE HAD NOT PUT THE ACCOUNTING OR INCOME AND EXPENSE SCHEDULE TOGETHER
YET, AS SHE WAS WAITING TO MEET WITH MARSHA HER BOOKKEEPER. ON TUESDAY JAY INDICATED
SHE WAS STILL TRYING BUT WAS UNABLE TO MEET WITH MARSHA,THUS SHE WAS UNABLE TO
PROVIDE ANY OF THE ITEMS PROMISED ON SATURDAY”.
TUESDAY EVENING HE THREATENED ME.
11. “ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON JAY LEFT A MESSAGE CANCELING THE MEETING, INDICATING JOHN
WAS IN AN AUDIT AND THERAFTER WAS TOO TIRED TO MEET AND PREPARE THE PERSONAL INCOME
AND EXPENSE PROJECTION AND REPAYMENT PLAN”.
AFTER HE YELLED AT ME TUESDAY EVENING.
12. “…LORIE INDICATED JAY HAD BEEN CALLING HER IN THE HOSPITAL….”
NOT CALLING HER…SHE WAS CALLING ME, AND SHE GOT WORRIED AND ASKED ME TO
COME INTO THE HOSPITAL.
13. “LORIE APPARENTLY TOLD JAY IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, THET IF JAY DID NOT PERFORM ON
THEIR AGREEMENT THROUGH THE END OF DECEMBER, LORIE WOULD TAKE HER TO COURT”.
14. LAURIE DID NOT SAY THIS..SHE SAID SHE WOULD QUIT TRAINING AND RETIRE, OR
MOVE BACK TO RANCHO ROYAL.
15. “YOU…HAVE FAILED TO SECURE THE PROPER INSURANCE…”.
WE HAD INSURANCE.

TUESDAY EVENING GAGGERO WENT CRAZY AND THREATENED ME( ON THE RESTRAINING ORDER).
  • 3. 7. “ON SUNDAY EVENING I WENT TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE BOARDER SCHEDULE WE FILLED OUT TOGETHER JUST THE DAY BEFORE, AND DISCOVERED IT WAS NOT ACCURATE”. HE WENT CRAZY…COLLEEN WAS THERE..(ON THE RESTRAINING ORDER). 8. “I CONFRONTED JAY REGARDING THE INACCURACY AND SHE INDICATED SHE HAD MADE SOME MISTAKES, HAD MOVED SOME OF HER HORSES INTO OTHER STALLS AND THAT LORIE HAD MOVED HORSES INTO STEVE AND JENNI’S BARN”. 2 HORSES WERE IN THE WRONG CORRAL….LAURIE HAD ONE…COLLEEN HAD ONE…EVERYTHING ELSE WAS RIGHT. 9. “WE AGREED THAT WE WOULD MEET WITH LORIE TOGETHER WHEN SHE WAS OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND ABLE TO MEET”. I MET WITH HER EARLY OUT OF FEAR FOR HER PERSONALLY..I WANTED TO HELP HER. 10. “JAY SAID SHE HAD NOT PUT THE ACCOUNTING OR INCOME AND EXPENSE SCHEDULE TOGETHER YET, AS SHE WAS WAITING TO MEET WITH MARSHA HER BOOKKEEPER. ON TUESDAY JAY INDICATED SHE WAS STILL TRYING BUT WAS UNABLE TO MEET WITH MARSHA,THUS SHE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE ITEMS PROMISED ON SATURDAY”. TUESDAY EVENING HE THREATENED ME. 11. “ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON JAY LEFT A MESSAGE CANCELING THE MEETING, INDICATING JOHN WAS IN AN AUDIT AND THERAFTER WAS TOO TIRED TO MEET AND PREPARE THE PERSONAL INCOME AND EXPENSE PROJECTION AND REPAYMENT PLAN”. AFTER HE YELLED AT ME TUESDAY EVENING.

LAURIE DID NOT SAY THIS..SHE SAID SHE WOULD QUIT TRAINING AND RETIRE, OR MOVE BACK TO RANCHO ROYAL. 15. “YOU…HAVE FAILED TO SECURE THE PROPER INSURANCE…”. WE HAD INSURANCE. 16. “YOU HAVE BEEN SPENDING THE SECURITY DEPOSITS….” TO FEED THE HORSES, PAY LABOR, PAY MINIMUM RENT. “….TAKING ON OTHER OUTSIDE WORK…” TAKING ON OUTSIDE WORK? THIS IS WHAT PAID FOR THIS PLACE!! 17. “THE RGA IS NOT $2,000 TO$2,500 PER MONTH SINCE JULY, AS QUICKLY ESTIMATED BY MARK MARAVELAS….IT IS NEARLY $6,000 PER MONTH SINCE JULY”.
