Instructions.
As a class:
1. Discuss components of a story map.
2. Apply ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ to the map.

Task: Rapunzel & the story map
Students will:
1. Watch Rapunzel.
2. As a class, complete
‘title, setting, characters, complication’ on IWB.
3. In groups, complete ‘orientation, resolution’
plus extension question.
– Group discussion followed by individual work in
writing book.
