How to acquire a temporary residence permit?
 One of the ways to acquire a temporary residence permit is
purchasing real estate in Riga with the total value of the
transactions not less than 100,000 Lats (around EUR 143 000).
What are the documents to be submitted to receive a
temporary residence permit?
- Sale and purchase agreement and Land register in the name of
the applicant for a temporary residence permit
- Filled application form for a residence permit request
- Certificate of no criminal record
- A document confirming the necessary subsistence
- A document confirming the state duty payment.
