AGM –HSE.

 Heading HSE initiatives, activities across the business in Goa / Karnataka
Mining, and Value Addition business and at mining project site based at
Liberia, West Africa.
 Benchmarking and implementation of best in class HSE practices as per
ICMM guidelines and best in class industries

 Coordinating for implementation of Vedanta Sustainability Framework
aligned to IFC principles at all location in Goa , Karnataka and Liberia.
 Coordinating for conducting EIA/ESIA as per Indian Laws and VSF/IFC for
obtaining Environmental Permits for all upcoming projects in India and
International projects/sites.
 Obtaining environment, CRZ and forest clearances from statutory authorities
for existing as well as new projects.

 Preparation of reports, attending day-to-day correspondence pertaining to
statutory requirements, NGO's / Industry Associations, etc.
