Requirements for success
~ Atshaya kumar R
Differ from the crowd
• In today’s world if you ask a normal person why they aren’t successful, each
have their own common story.
• Some blame fate and some say their physical barriers.
• But ever thought what reason successful people have within them for being
successful?
• How they differ from us?What should we do to be successful?Any crash
course available for being successful?
• Well, lend me your ears and eyes for the next 5 minutes.
Four Foremost things
Success may not be a guaranteed thing,
but a warranty given for people who follow these four things
1. Discipline
2. Routine habit transformation
3. Character building
4. Time management
Discipline, what?
How you define discipline?
Going in a line, putting up formal with a tie, doesn’t make one disciplined these are
manners.
Discipline means “self control”, it’s the tendency to act most appropriately on all
occasions never trespassing rules of propriety.
“Its not just being you all time
but
being the perfect you all the time”
Routine - Habit
transformation
Differentiating habit and routine is important, in a glance they look similar, but they aren’t.
Habits happen with little or no conscious thought, but routine require a higher degree of
consciousness.
So built a perfect routine and make them as your habit.
Try searching routines of successful people, not for copying them but to understand the
importance they hold for them.
Character building
I wonder when people saying
“Its my character I cant change it”.
They forgot that, character is nothing but a consequent changes that you bring on
yourself through experiments for being a better version of yourself.
• Change in character is important but in a linear way towards positive extent.
Keep that , you don’t need to be an architect for building your character, No
architect can build you better than you can.
“True life is lived when tiny changes occur – LeoTolstoy”
Time Management
• I know no person so rich to buy time. Buying a watch doesn’t mean you hold the time.
“Time andTide waits for no man”
• Of four skillsTime management is the tie-breaker. Its essential than other three as other qualities
can be achieved only if you learn to manage time.
• Time will keep on running, no one knows its starting point nor the ending point , your aim is to be
capitalize it to the maximum.
• I don’t want to waste your valuable time by teaching the values of time as we all know its
importance.
Closing notes
“Success is not a path to be shown, followed and get arrived..
It’s a journey of
exploring, evaluating , elevating and finally expertising.”
Not happy with my success definition?
Don’t worry success varies with varying destinations.
“Your first step towards success is defining them first”
Thank you!
