Georgia Firth
During the first term Georgia has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. She has worked well during this term and her assessments,
have been of a good standard. Georgia has met her target grade for three of the assessments but
exceeded her target for the Generating and Protecting Business Ideas assessment .
Georgia always contributes to class discussions and activities and this enables her to show her
understanding or gaps in her knowledge about the topic area. Georgia is not afraid to ask for help or
clarification and is keen to do her best.
With continued effort and commitment Georgia should be successful in this course.
Amber-Rose Gill
During the first term Amber-Rose has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. She has worked well during this term and her assessments,
have been of a very good standard.
She has exceeded her target grade for each of the four assessments, her best assessment was
Enterprise where she achieved an A grade.
I am really pleased with the work she is producing however Amber-Rose is at times reluctant to
join in class activities and discussions but when asked a question directly she can give a good quality
answer. She would benefit from being more involved in discussions and would make a valuable
contribution to the lesson.
With continued effort and commitment Amber-Rose should be successful in this course.
Paige Hall
During the first term Paige has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. She has worked well during this term and her assessments,
have been of a good standard.
Paige is a pleasant young lady who has worked well throughout this term and has met her target
grade for each of the four assessments. Paige is keen to join in class activities and discussions and is
not reluctant to ask for help.
With continued effort and commitment Paige should be successful in this course.

During the first term Riccardo has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. He has worked well during this term and his assessments,
have been of a very good standard.
Riccardo has exceeded his target grade for each of the four assessments. Riccardo is using his
knowledge from GCSE Business Studies to support his A/S work and it shows in his written work.
At times Riccardo is reluctant to join in class activities and discussions but when asked a question
directly he is more than capable of giving a good quality answer.
With continued effort and commitment Riccardo should be successful in this course.
Hannah Musgrove
During the first term Hannah has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. She has worked well during this term and her assessments,
have been of a good standard.
Hannah is a hardworking student and she has met her target for most of the assessments. The only
one she didn’t achieve her target grade was the first assessment and it was clear that Hannah had
not read the question correctly. Since then she has always produced good quality work. Hannah is
keen to join in class activities and discussions and is not reluctant to ask for help.
With continued effort and commitment Hannah should be successful in this course.
Judith Nelson
During the first term Judith has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. Judith is a pleasant young lady who has worked well
throughout this term, the assessments grades range from D to A. Judith must make sure she reads
the question fully and plans her answer before starting to write the answer.
Judith is always eager to join in class activities and discussions and is not reluctant to ask for help.
She appears to enjoy the subject and has a real interest for it.
Judith is mature enough to realise that thorough revision is vital for her to achieve her potential.
With continued effort and commitment Judith should be successful in this course.
3. Jack Paisley
During the first term Jack has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market Research
and Understanding markets. He has worked well during this term and his assessments grades have
either met or exceeded his target. Jack’s Generating and Protecting Ideas assessment was
excellent and he achieved an A grade. This shows the standard that Jack is capable of reaching.
Jack is good at joining in class activities and discussions and when asked a question directly he gives
a good quality answer.
With continued effort and commitment Jack should be successful in this course.
Rachel Patterson
During the first term Rachel has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. She has worked well during this term and her assessments,
have been of a very good standard. Her last assessment on Market Research was excellent and she
obtained 87%
Rachel is quiet in class and I do think that she would benefit from volunteering answers rather than
waiting to be asked. She has a great background knowledge in most of the topic areas due to her
GCSE work and she uses this to her advantage.
With continued effort and commitment Rachel should be successful in this course.
Martha Pender
During the first term Martha has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. I do not think that Martha has worked to the best of her
ability during this term. She has handed in work late and therefore always seems to be playing catch
up. All of her assessments are below her target grade.
I think this is more to do with her needing to plan her work more effectively and manage her time
better rather than lack of ability. Martha is in the process of redoing some of the assessments and it
will be good to see just what she can achieve when she puts her mind to it.
Martha does contributes to class discussions and activities but only when asked to do so. This
should be a target for Martha as it would mean she was fully involved in the lesson and therefore
would get more out of the time spent in class. Martha must ask for help or clarification if required
and act on the advice given.
With increased effort and commitment Martha should be successful in this course.
4. Georgia Tone
During the first term Georgia has covered Enterprise, Generating and Protecting Ideas, Market
Research and Understanding markets. Georgia has worked well throughout this term and has met
her target grade for one of her assessments and exceeded the grade for the other three. Her best
assessment was her work on Generating and Protecting Ideas where she achieved an A grade.
Georgia started off the term very reluctant to participate in class activities. However over recent
lessons she has contributed more in lessons. I’m sure this is due to her being pleased with her
assessment results .
With continued effort and commitment Georgia should be successful in this course.
