The situation about the people who speaks English in Mexico is very poor because very few people is
really conscious to take English lessons and sometimes the people who take conscious about it doesn’t
have the sources. Nowadays English language represents an important international requirement in
business and in the private schools.
Relevant Information
1. Some businesses require employees to speak some English.
Industries that use English most are international big corporations.
2. Most employees who speak English make more Money.
3. Very few children begin studying English in primary school.
4. Very few people 55 and older speak English.
5. Overall, some people speak basic English (greetings and simple sentences.)
Next Steps
We propose that the public elementary schools implement an English program. Another think is that the
government should help the older people with an English classes. Finally we propose that corporations
should give an English training for its employees.
