1. Rental Agreement
Rental Agreement Between ____, Hereinafter Termed "Renter", & , Hereinafter Termed "Owner”,
Related to , termed Premises.
1. Parties to Rental Agreement: are Renter & Owner & both parties agree to all terms & conditions of this
contract. No oral or other descriptions of premises are required or represented or valid other than
provided here.
2. Dates of Rental: Rental period begins on 4th Aug 2012 & ends on 8th Sep 2012. Renter may enter
Premises at PM on starting date. Renter must exit Premises by 10 AM on ending date.
3. PAYMENT OF MONIES: Rent £550
Damage Deposit(includes loss of key) - $3,300
4. DEPOSITS:
(1) Damage deposit being charged is held in non-interest bearing escrow account until your exit from
the rental, which will be inspected & should have NO damage to interior or exterior Premises & be
clean. Damage deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days of exit unless warranted deductions
must be made which will be documented in writing to you.
(2) Telephone: You must make phone call to internal number ONLY. Any charges on owner’s bill will
be passed to renter and become renter’s responsibility to pay, which will be in form of deduction of
refundable deposit.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, Re-Rentals:
(1) Cancellations by renter & refunds: If renter is unable to or chooses not to occupy Premises during
contracted rental period, NO return of rent or deposits will occur.
(2) Cancellations by landlord and compensation: If landlord is unable to offer room during contracted
rental period, landlord is liable for full refund of deposit plus $3,300 for compensation.
6. LIMITATIONS AT RENTAL
(1) NO smoking is permitted in interior Premises at any time.
(2) No disturbance to neighbors, adjoining properties or general area.
(3) Renters should be restricted to regulation of Terms of agreement of Sussex University.

signing & concur with all terms & conditions specified herein.
