The document describes how to calculate renal plasma flow (RPF), renal blood flow (RBF), and the mechanism behind decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR). The actual RPF was calculated to be 700 ml/min based on the effective RPF of 630 ml/min. Using the actual RPF and a hematocrit value, RBF was determined to be 1250 ml/min. Tubuloglomerular feedback was identified as the mechanism behind decreased GFR.
